Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater functions, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and control answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
