pressure gauge 10 bar has strengthened its senior leadership group with the promotion of Kenny Anderson to the newly created position of Strategy Director.
In pursuit of driving the company’s development priorities across its core markets, which embody semiconductors, infrastructure, renewable and low carbon industries, Mr Anderson will be accountable for implementing strategies across the group with a focus on workforce capability improvement and growing end market activities.
Based in Aberdeen, Mr Anderson began his profession in company finance working for Simmons & Company International. On joining EnerMech in 2014, he spent three years working in contractual and industrial roles before shifting into a company place where he was a half of the transaction staff involved in securing investment from father or mother company, Carlyle Group. He then progressed to a strategic development managerial function with oversight of group-level reporting and enterprise analytics.
Mr Anderson mentioned: “This is an exciting time for EnerMech as we look to sustainably construct our business aligned to our established goals. The crux of our strengths lies within the efficient built-in solutions our multi-disciplined workforce can ship by combining specialists, equipment, IP, and technology across the complete asset lifecycle for complex energy and infrastructure initiatives.
“I’m very much wanting forward to collaborating with our regional managers to create strategies to ship on our development targets, construct additional momentum and uncover ways in which we can do issues more successfully and inventively for our customers.”
Christian Brown, EnerMech CEO, added: “The addition of Kenny to the senior leadership staff as our first strategy director ensures that we can yield his dynamic expertise and agile methods throughout the worldwide enterprise as we empower our individuals further and build on the solid foundations which have already been established at EnerMech.
“He has been a much-valued member of our corporate group and the outcomes Kenny has delivered have earned him the respect of our senior management staff and the broader EnerMech regional organisation. We look ahead to working together with Kenny to shape and efficiently roll out our global strategy.”
