Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire the German industrial pump manufacturer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from personal equity agency Silverfleet Capital.

Pumpenfabrik Wangen has manufacturing services in Germany, a US subsidiary and a world gross sales and service footprint. The company employs 265 individuals and had 2020 revenues of roughly €46.4 million.
